A Video Message from Kecia: What to Expect Around Here

This blog will use topics in The Kiojah and Lee Book Series to start conversation with adults who love and care about the holistic development of children. I will share my ideas for how the stories could be used to create academic activities in the classroom. I will also post ways the stories could prompt children to become involved in the world around them. I would like to hear from any teachers or parents who are reading the books with their children. I am always amazed by the creativity and thoughtfulness of parents and teachers. I would enjoy hearing how children experience the stories so please do share with me.
